Upon booking, you are subject to my cancellation policy. Clients who don’t cancel prior to the 48-hour window will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Nobody likes fees, but my cancellation policy is in place to have time to fill cancelled appointment spots and to accommodate those who are in need. For various reasons, there is no option to cancel online (please email me to reschedule).
